At LuxLynx Permanent Jewelry, every piece is custom‑made and permanently welded to fit the individual wearer. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please read the details below to understand our no‑refund policy and the warranty services available.
1. No Refunds or Returns

Once a piece of jewelry has been welded and applied, the sale is non‑refundable and non‑returnable. Because permanent jewelry is sized to you and permanently welded, we cannot accept returned items or issue refunds.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, incorrect choices, or because you purchased the wrong type or size of jewelry. Please choose carefully and ask questions before completing your purchase.
2. 30‑Day Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide a limited warranty for repairs or replacements under the conditions below:
Weld Site Guarantee: If your jewelry breaks at or near the welded site (for example, at the jump ring), LuxLynx will repair or replace the piece free of charge within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Material Defects: If the chain itself breaks due to a defect in material quality not due to negligence, accidents, rough handling, snagging or misuse you may request a chain exchange within 30 days of purchase. LuxLynx will replace the chain at no additional cost. Proof of purchase may be required.
3. Post‑Warranty Repairs & Rewelds

Rewelds: After the 30‑day warranty period, if your chain breaks at the welded site, a reweld fee of $10 applies.

Rewelds with Jewelry Done Elsewhere: If your permanent jewelry was initially welded by another provider, or you have broken/removed a chain from a prior purchase, a reweld fee of $20 applies. This fee reflects the additional setup and service required.

Chain Breaks from Wear & Tear or Negligence: Damage caused by negligence, accidents, rough handling, snagging, or misuse is not covered by our warranty. You may purchase a new chain or pay full repair pricing to replace or fix the piece.
4. Tarnish & Material Notes

PVD Stainless Steel: Our PVD stainless steel chains are durable and tarnish‑resistant, but may still show wear (scratches or dulling) over time due to contact with abrasive surfaces or harsh chemicals. Wear and tear or dulling is not covered under warranty.

Gold‑Filled & Sterling Silver: Gold‑filled and sterling silver pieces can tarnish, oxidize, or fade when exposed to water, lotions, perfumes, sweat, or varying body pH levels. Tarnishing is a normal reaction and is not considered a manufacturing defect. It is not covered under our warranty.

Charms, Connectors & Add‑Ons: If charms or connectors break or fall off due to improper care, accidents, rough handling, snagging, or misuse, LuxLynx is not liable for the damage. These issues fall outside the scope of our warranty.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by our warranty:

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or dulling of metal.

Tarnish or color changes due to exposure to chemicals, lotions, perfumes, salt water, or individual skin chemistry.

Damage resulting from accidents, improper care, forceful removal, or modifications performed by other jewelers.

Loss or theft of jewelry.
6. Requesting a Repair or Reweld
To request warranty service or a post‑warranty repair:

Contact us via email or social media with your proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for photos.

Book an appointment at our studio or at an event for the repair.

Bring the original piece and proof of purchase with you to the appointment. We’ll assess the condition and confirm whether it falls under our warranty.
7. Disclaimer
This policy applies exclusively to LuxLynx Permanent Jewelry products. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Consumer protection laws may vary by jurisdiction; if a portion of this policy is invalid under local law, the remaining sections will remain in effect. This refund policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
